GiftWise product enhancements include; a new sleeve dispensing solution, a video security camera and on-screen signature capture. "The new sleeve dispenser system virtually eliminates jams leading to a more positive customer experience," stated Smith.

Deployed in over 100 additional locations prior to the 2011 holiday season, the new GiftWise design represents the first major hardware overhaul since the product launched in 2007. The new GiftWise design represents more than 70% of all deployed units. "The improved economic conditions of this past holiday season provided a substantial test of the new design, it surpassed all our expectations," said Smith. "Not only are these 'battle tested' enhancements available for new clients, we have created an upgrade path for existing customers so that they can benefit as well.
